Our IT and Development teams are located at our Clayton site.
Our Helpdesk team is the first point of call for all users with IT related issues. In most cases, the Helpdesk team deal with the issue, or raise a job for the relevant team within the IT department.
We have an on-site PC Support team that deals with third line support for all hardware and software related issues within the business.
Our Procurement team deals with all hardware and software purchases that the business needs, from Laptops to Servers - as well as sourcing all IT consumables.
A dedicated Networks team ensures we have connectivity to all of our front-end and back-end systems at all times, and maintaining our telephony system.
Our Development team produces software for and maintains all our in-house systems such as tools used by our Call Centre, Warehouse, Order Processing and eCommerce platforms.
