Training encompasses all regulatory requirements, as well as systems and processes, and soft skills elements to ensure the service we provide to our customers is of a high standard. These standards are perpetually monitored against pre-agreed frameworks to ensure a positive experience as well as a correct outcome, while maintaining technical and regulatory compliance.
Our people receive regular useful feedback, and our findings are used to ensure the constant evolution of the training interventions we offer.
